About This Independent HolyLuck Information Site

Updated

This site is an independent information project about HolyLuck, an online casino that launched in 2025. We write guides for players who want to understand the brand before they act: how registration works, what the welcome package contains, how mobile access works and what the payment figures are. We are not the casino, we do not operate any casino account, and nothing on these pages is a message from HolyLuck itself.

Who we are and what we are not

The site is run by an editorial team that publishes reference pages about HolyLuck for an international English-speaking audience. English is the main language of the casino itself, so the guides are written in plain English with euro amounts.
We do not process payments, we do not hold player funds, and we cannot change anything inside a player account. Questions about a balance, a bonus or a withdrawal belong to the casino’s own support, which runs live chat around the clock. What we can do is explain the published structure of the offer so that the questions you bring to support are well prepared.

Why the site exists

Casino offers are often presented as a headline number. A headline such as 350% up to €6,000 plus 300 free spins tells you very little until it is split into five deposits, five minimums and a wagering base. Our purpose is to do that splitting for you and place the result in one readable place.
The mission can be reduced to three promises:

  • To describe the offer in the order in which a player meets it.
  • To keep amounts in euros and to show the arithmetic behind them.
  • To word each figure precisely, so that a settled value reads as settled and a variable one is marked as variable.

What the pages cover

The guides on this site follow the questions players ask in the order they ask them.

PageThe question it answers
HomepageWhat is HolyLuck and which numbers matter first
RegistrationWhich details the sign-up needs and what verification involves
BonusWhat each welcome stage is worth and what it costs in turnover
MobileHow the progressive web app is added to a phone
PaymentsWhich methods are listed and which limits apply

Each page stands on its own, so you can read just the one you need.

How the guides are put together

Every page starts from the question a player asks and builds the answer from the brand’s own figures. A settled value is written as a plain statement. A value that can differ between listings is flagged in the same sentence, and a value that cannot be pinned down is left out instead of guessed.
Every figure is checked before it goes onto a page, including the arithmetic behind bonus examples. We do not invent details to make a page look complete, and we do not add figures from memory.

Updates and corrections

Casino terms change, and a bonus percentage, a limit or a payment option can differ tomorrow from today. When we learn that a figure on a page is out of date, we correct the page. We would rather have a short page that is right than a long page with a stale number.
If you notice a mistake, write to us and tell us which page and which figure you mean. We will review the report and correct the page where the report is justified.

Independence and responsibility

We are independent of the casino. We do not accept instructions from HolyLuck on what our pages may say, and the text of a guide is our own editorial work. Links from our pages to the casino are provided so that you can continue to the site; following one is your own choice.
Our responsibility is limited to the accuracy of the information we publish. Decisions to register, deposit or play are yours alone. Gambling is entertainment with a cost, and the pages on this site are written for adults who want to know what that cost looks like before they begin. Our responsible gambling page explains the warning signs and the tools that can help you stay in control.

Contact the editorial team

For questions about the site, corrections to a page or any other message to the team, write to [email protected]. Please mention the page you are writing about so that we can find the passage quickly. We read the messages that reach this address and answer those that require an answer.
This contact address belongs to the information site only. It is not the casino’s support address, so messages about a player account should go to the casino’s own live chat instead.

Editorial principles in practice

Four working rules apply to every page on the site. Amounts are written in euros with the sign in front, as in €20 or €6,000. A bonus is always described together with its wagering and the base that wagering is calculated on. A headline is never presented without the steps that lead to it. And a page never promises an outcome: a bonus is a set of conditions, and what a player does with them is up to the player.
These rules explain why some pages contain tables and worked examples. A table lets the reader compare five deposit stages in one glance, and a worked example turns a percentage into euros so that the cost of an offer is visible before the first deposit.

What the site does not do

We do not run a casino, take deposits or offer betting. We do not publish player accounts, personal stories or results as if they described what every player can expect. We do not ask readers for payment details, and no message from this site will ask you for a password or a card number. If you receive such a request in our name, ignore it and write to the editorial address above.
